In Poland they have a dish named "Flak", which resembles a thick soup with what appears at first sight to contain fish bones or something similar - it tastes divine. I consumed a huge bowl of the stuff at a family wedding in Warsaw a couple of years ago and was enthusing about it for the rest of the night (Polish wedding receptions go on until 9 or 10 o'clock the following morning). The following day I complimented the bride's mother (my wife's mother's cousin) on this wonderful dish and asked what it contained. She produced a Polish/English dictionary and pointed to the word Flak - the definition read "Intestines or animal guts". And to think I wanted the recipe (yuk) LOL Tony http://www.theloonybin.fsbusiness.co.uk
