What you do is to search the To: and Cc: address in incoming email for your
address. If it's not there, the mail must be Bcc'd to you. If it's not
something you normally receive by Bcc (such as mailing lists) then the
chances are very high (>99%) that it's spam.

And yes, you can configure Netscape Comm to autotrash any mail which
doesn't have your address in the To: or Cc: unless it comes *from* a
particular address. More details, if you want 'em, in the autoreply from my
.sig, but that should be enough to do it.
