There are a couple really good places in the US to buy from too, and
you actually get the stuff :-)

Compared to a few years ago they practically give stuff away these
days. I don't understand why stuff is so expensive in Oz, you are a
lot closer to where it's all made, you must have some killer tax on it
or something, kind of like one of those hidden taxes like they put on
gasoline.

But a comapany has to actually *tell* people there is a problem or
else people don't patch. I forget the site which posts vulnerabilities
for various software and what the status is, but I'll look it up and
post the URL. There are some pretty bad ones (for all OS's) that go
unpatched for some time.

You can still get it, they have an incarnation of it
http://www.yellowtab.com/

I haven't tried it yet, I'm still waiting for the final version before
I give it a shot. I really loved BeOS, but it was getting too old, you
could barely browse the web with it anymore because many of the web
technologies (flash for example) were either not available or just
simply outdated, as well, newer hardware was not supported (usb for
example) so it became impractical. That being said, it just flew on a
dual processor machine makeing linux and windows look like lumbering
dinosaurs.
