I ordered a desperately needed card from them and an ink cartridge. I was promised them the next day - nothing. This went on for three days (honestly, it's in stock and will ship today). Finally they cancelled the order and re-entered it. A week went by this time and still nothing. I finally tracked the card down with another vendor - originally, MacMall was the only one that had it. I cancelled the order. The next day the ink cart showed up on my doorstep via Airborne. I'm not about to pay overnight shipping for a $10 product - esp. when I canceled the order. Back it went. Next day it showed up again. Seems that they filled BOTH of the cancelled orders - ink cart only. They refunded the price of the carts, but not the shipping. I got stuck with two charges and no product. They will NOT refund the shipping on an order that I should have NEVER received. I sent out a warning to all of my internet contacts and was pleased to hear that MacMall lost a complete system purchase because of the warning. hehe! MacMall - stay away! Jeff
