Its funny, I'v heard one other horror story about Mac Mall. However, I live about 3 miles away from them and I'v bought a couple things here and there as well as had some RAM installed on my PB. All in all the service has been excellent and knowledgable as well as reasonably priced and quick. Maybe their storefront business is treated better?
