You never have to wait long for the phone to be answered, and are rarely put on hold. But, if you have to deal with their customer support department *AFTER* you get your order, it's a whole different story. The average hold time is over 30 minutes, and during that time you have to listen to commercials while on hold (that is very annoying because you have to pay attention to the phone in case a human comes on the line -- you cannot concentrate on other work). My poor experience with them does not cover just one order. I've had problems since the middle of last year and as recently as last month. I cancelled a $7500 order last month because they could not resolve the problems (but my order taker was very sympathetic to me and even came in on his day off to check on my order, but he was impotent in face of the problems). They've owed me $200 since last fall, have failed issue the credit, and have not responded to my emails. Jeff -- Jeffrey Mattox -- jeff@heurikon.com Cartoon of the day: http://www.heurikon.com
