Straight forward, to the : point and honest to the hilt(thus far). I've spent probably $10,000 : with them and NEVER had a problem. They even cross-shipped because : of their error(I ordered overnight and they sent it ground). i second that recommendation for MacWarehouse. back in march '95 i bought a cd-rom from CD-ROM-Warehouse (now defunct). they were apparently bought out by MacWarehouse. my CDrom stopped working in January '96...i called for tech support...after spending nearly an hour with me trying various things, the technician told me that the CDrom was probably broken, and agreed to replace mine (even though, technically, they hadn't sold me the hardware). that's what i call good service. they paid for the shipping charges to send back my old drive, and shipped the new one the same day they received mine--all at no cost to me. excellent! --diva
