I'm also very upset with MacMall, and very happy with MacWarehouse. MacMall has failed numerous times to ship my order, failed to respond to my calls for help, failed to call me back after making promises to do so, failed to reply to my email (despite claiming to have award-winning customer support on their Web site), and failed to give me credit for a price reduction. MacWarehouse, on the other hand, has performed just fine. Jeff -- Jeffrey Mattox -- jeff@heurikon.com Cartoon of the day: http://www.heurikon.com
