My favorite mail order place is MacConnection. They have bent over backward to help me, even when a mistake was mine. They even told me where I could get an upgrade elsewhere cheaper than a new version from them, and a product they didn't sell at all; and shipped a separate order later in the same day for single shipping charge. They're tops! -- Grant Schampel Laboratory Information Systems, University of Minnesota Hospital & Clinic Box 198 Mayo Bldg., 420 Delaware St. SE Minneapolis, MN 55455-0392 (612) 626-3539 Opinions are my own, of course; not my employer's official views also GCSchampel@aol.com
