And their tech support sucks, too. Actually, once you get through it is ok, but it is absolutely impossible to get through on their 800 number. And what really ticks me off is that they make you go through the phone menu dance, and then you think you finally got through to the tech support waiting line, and then cut you off. Of all the companies I buy pc's from ( that's one of my duties where I work ), I like IBM the best. They are a little bit more expensive, but IBM simply can't be beat when it comes to service. Their quality is consistant too. And I used to hate IBM, back in the old mainframe days. Dell is pretty good, too. Compaq is fair (can't get through with them either). The others are pretty much "you pays your money, and you takes your chances". rhb
