I bought 3 Dell 486/66 systems, when they arrived 1 was completely dead,
1 of the monitors was dead, 1 system died 2 days after setting it up, 1
had a CD-ROM but no sound card (paid for) and no controller. Out of the
3 systems we recieved that day only one still works today (6 months).

I still stand behind Gateway as the best vendor I have has dealings with.
