There is truth in that last statement BUT
some companies let the Customer become the
quality control department. Me I like my Computers
Cars, Bikes, Toys, what evey I spend money on to
work. And work without failure from day one!
I find the quality of a LOT of mail order houses
below what SHOULD BE an acceptable standard. And
its all in the name of making that dollar bill !
And geting your money back at times can be like
pulling teeth.
The folks buying for home should expect the same
quality that a major corporation expects... if is
is not working "GET IT OUT OF HERE" and bring me
a new box or someones head !
