Hello all, 

I have a very big problem. It Has to be solved before Wednesday the
16th okt 1996.  I tried to put a new 1.44-disk-station into a 8086
computer from a friend of mine. He doesn't now it, it had to be a
suprise. But... now (I removed the floppy again, because it did not
work) the computer does not start again. It starts with detecting the
A: drive and (20 Mb)HD  ok. But after that it hangs and doesn't do
anything. Even with a system-disk it won't work.
Also the 10Mhz-TURBO-led won't light up anymore.

The only thing I did when I added the new disk was that I disconnected
and connected again (in the right way) the cables of the drives.

Who nows the answer or has a little suggesion??? Or will I lose a my
good friendship now???

Or... do you now a more specific news-group for this problem???
