Could you be more specific? If I understand correctly, you want a dual-boot system with win98 and linux? I assume you are having a problem with win98, and no, "I have Windows 98" is not a sufficient description of the problem. What kind of problem are you having? When do they occur? What kind of system do you have? Do you have any "advanced" multimedia boards (3d accelerator, dvd, 3d audio)? Any other tid-bits you may feel are relevant. The Orb is fairly new, so reliability is uncertain. The cost factor seems very favorable, as does performance. Would I use it? No. I have a zip drive and need to be able to trade disks with clients. The Orb does not have enough market penetration to justify it as anything except off-line storage. You may also want to check to make sure you can get linux drivers before you invest in the Orb. -- Mike (Abner Malady) "The reasonable man adapts himself to the world.
