Dear kind and sympathetic readers, I have Windows 98. That should be a sufficient description of all the problems on my computer. I will refrain from swearing so as not to offend. I wish to reboot and re-install and keep the (*** very nice ***) operating system running. Any advice is appreciated. I also have Linux installed, which I intend to use as my primary OS as much as possible, providing I can find all the right applications. BTW - anyone know anything about the new removable Orb hard drive? Reliability? Cost factor? Would YOU use it? Please reply via email as well as posting to this group.. Thanks! Ian..
