Ah, yes. The German constitution. Didn't it also have a provision
that any and all refugee claimants were to be allowed entry to the
Fatherland? And wasn't that provision recently repealed (or whatever
you call it) to placate the right?
It seems the German constitution is subject to sudden changes, and I
don't think I'd put too much faith in it.
