Actually I made a point of indicating N America. You don't need
a passport as an American to travel in N America. I have travelled
extensively in all three N American countries w/o a passport. My
point was that if you were to go somewhere that required an
airplane or a boat---Japan, Russia, etc.. you would
need a passport to get through customs and immigration upon return.

Oh only if they were so lucky. The get to come back to the
States to go to Leavenworth where they make big rocks
into little rocks and then move the little rocks to a pile to be
converted into to be levelled to be dug up to be moved to another
spot so that you can access more big rocks to.......

actually no. I meant what I wrote. To get a dishonorable discharge
you have to something like murder and after serving a civilian
sentence and then serving a military one you MIGHT be denied
a Passport. If you were to somehow arrange for foreign travel
and you returned to the US and went to the customs and immigration
gate they would ask you for a passport at which point you would
have none and they would look at you like you were an idiot and
might not let you in, besides to go to a nice cell.

Fuck no. If you get a dishonorable discharge you are scum
anyway why should yoube allowed to have the same priveleges
as the rest of us? You also can't own a weapon. Certain
civilian criminals are denied these priveleges also.
