I also consider myself a citizen of Canada first and of the net second. It's sad that more people don't and that people seem to be taking Canadian law so lightly these days. Are laws are an integral part of our society and should be respected. Thus, I agree with Justin's position that a Canadian breaking American law while within Canada would be little different from an American posting banned details to the net (essentially breaking Canadian law from within the U.S.).
