        When you get right down to it, abuse handler people are human 
        and as humans they find it difficult to not be swayed by things
        like how much time someone wastes, how insulting they are, how 
        manipulative they are, etc.  For example, I have pondered 
        filtering all complaints from you, yet I have not yet gone so 
        far as to doing so.  Still it is tempting, because you appear to
        be submitting complaints for the game of it, rather than with 
        sincere interest in the welfare of Usenet.  Instead of 
        filtering, I just tend to ignore your complaints.
