I dunno, perhaps CC regularly has schizoid breaks from reality. AFAIK, 
he has yet again just warned (like yesterday) one of his customers 
following a complaint from Tim Thorne.

I think the whole problem revolves around CC's arbitary application of 
rules that he appears to be making up on the spot. Many of which 
contradict other parts of the AUP.
