Any jackass with a bug up her or his butt can call for a UDP, as the
case was here. But it soon turned out that the perp was yowling out of
her ass again. Don't get me wrong, I hope the flooder got LARTed until
her or his head was spinning. But the flood did not come from Altopia.
The perp intentionally miscontrued the difference between trolling and
real net abuse. She has a history of this.

Depends on what abuse is defined as. A binary flood is abuse. Trolls
are merely annoying.

The basis of the cry for a UDP was even more flawed. There was no
flood from altopia, just trolls and flamers. Not as if the people in
the group don't troll and flame themselves.

Not everybody on the net. Just one well known whiner who thinks her
death threats to spammers are funny and trys using her cabal
connections to persue her own warped vendetas.
