I have emailed the tech support on the aol instant message web page
regarding a problem that I am having with the instant message program and I
have not received a response back.  I have emailed at least 4 times.  The
problem that I am having is that I am constantly being "bumped" off the
program.  A screen will come up saying "connection lost - check your
internet connection".  Each time this happens, I am still connected to the
internet and can browse or use any other programs.  When I click the option
"ok" then the sign-in screen for the instant message program comes up for me
to re-sign on.  This happens several times a day- is there a way to correct
it??  Thank you,
