so auch in Wien (10.Bezirk): im Durchschnitt bekomm� ich ungef�hr 35kbps
rein.
ein Wehmutstropfen: ich bin jede Woch mindestens f�r 5 Stunden
ausgesperrt.

in Vienna too ( 10 th district): I have an average downstream of 35 kbps

but I am locked out about 5 hours a week.
