I'm currently building my first "real" applet. It's an interface for a
Geographical Information System. I need a way to output a pair of
co-ordinates from an applet so that it can be stored in Oracle using JSP(or
some other method).
I think the best way to do this would be to output the value to a text
field or some other form widget. I've found a way to "push" a JSP button,
thus send the (x,y) co-ords to the server via the JSP form. However I still
need some way to get the values from the applet to the HTML page on the
client side.
I'd welcome any ideas how I could output an integer value from an applet.
