You need to either a) delete d: and create a new smaller d: and a fresh partition(s) for linux or b) shrink d:, to leave free space in which to create the new partition(s). You must have a backup for a) (because it's actually backup, delete, create new partition, restore to new partition) and you should have one for b). Partitions can be shrunk with Partition Magic (costs money, but a good program), fips (free, comes with most linux distributions, seems pretty reliable, but you must use version 1.5c or 2.x for FAT32) and doubtless other progs. If I : deleted a few Mp3's from D: (format it) what would I have to do to : install LINUX on D: and run Win95 on C: : Thanks for Help !!!! -- /* George Durbridge Melbourne, Victoria, Australia */ /* tel (03) 9280 3390 fax (03) 9280 3355 */
