🚀 go-pugleaf

I gave up trying to download via Netscape and just used FTP to go
straight to the site and then did a simple get on the monster file.

All was smooth sailing from there except for a couple of application
funnies.

I cannot find where one sets the global default values for paper size
and Oz dictionary.

Otherwise, it looks and feels pretty snappy.
