TACACS+ on Linux 2.0.x

Hi,

I am going to setup an accounting system for my ISP service under
Linux 2.0.12. However, I found NO Tacacs+ software available for
Linux..

My configuration is a Cisco 2511 router as the gateway with built-in
PPP encapsulation (sure with username & password checking). So
dial-up users need not pass to my linux server for verification
indeed...

Is it possible to setup the pppd for ppp login via network interface
instead of direct serial ports? 'cos I am having 16 lines at moment..
and I cannot find relevant docs about this..

Any ideas would be highly appreciated..
