You've probably lost some of these as well.

scsi			/usr/src/linux/include/scsi
ncurses.h			ncurses/curses.h

I suspect you deleted your kernel source after compiling your kernel.
The directory /usr/include/linux is a symbolic link to 
/usr/src/linux/include/linux.

You'll need to reinstall your kernel source "include" directory.
