On each machine:

ifconfig eth0 192.168.100.10x netmask 255.255.255.0
route add -net 192.168.100.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 eth0
route add default gw 192.168.100.ggg eth0

except for the actually gateway (ppp) machine, where you would use:

ifconfig eth0 192.168.100.ggg netmask 255.255.255.0
route add -net 192.168.100.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 eth0
route add default ppp0
