Greetings! OK, This question has probably been asked before, but I'm new here. I'm looking at using LINUX temporarily to allow email (and maybe other network tools) to connect up two remote offices, while we work on getting them access to our main network (Banyan Vines). Our biggest problem is budget & Telstra (no ISDN to these other offices (but we do have dedicated lines (2400 & 4800 baud)). We have TCP/IP compliant software which we are currently using, which will talk quite happily to LINUX. I need to know two things; a) Which is the best version of LINUX to handle this (Slackware, Redhat, etc)? b) Where can I obtain a CD-ROM to install it? - Somewhere in Western Australia is preferable (South West even more preferable (I'm in Manjimup (300-odd km south of Perth))) Thanks in advance...
