Can't Install RedHat

I cannot install RedHat off of the Infomagic CDROM.

I created the boot disk and then selected the single disk install option.

I set my CDROM drive up as /dev/hdb but after it mounts the CDROM drive
as the root filesystem the install stops and will not progress any
further.

I tryed installing slackware on this and another machine but I cannot get
it to accept the Ramdisk (root disk) after the inital boot: (where extra
parameters are entered if required).

Can anyone help - this seems like it is something simple - afterall,
everybody else seems to have been able to install it ok.
