Videoconferencing with Linux

I was wondering if anyone knows of a really good videoconferencing
package for Linux. If so, where would I obtain it, and what kind of
video capture and sound card systems would it support.

I am basically after something which may support the Connectix
Quickcam and offer Cu-seeme compatible videoconferencing. I did have a
look at the NV (Network Video) tool but it only supported the
ScreenMachine videocapture system and I also could not get it to
connect to a Cu-Seeme reflector site...

Thanks in advance

Andrew
