A few weeks ago I installed Linux on my 386 to see what it was like, but because my PC has only 4Mb I decided to go back to DOS. I did not uninstall LILO before reformatting my hard disk. Since then when I boot my computer, it boots via LILO and crashes. The only way I found is to boot via a floppy disk. I did try to re-format the partition but it does not seem to work. Is there anybody out there who would know how to get rid off LILO ? Something to format ALL the tracks of the hard disk would probably do the job, but I don't have such software. Thank's.
