No problem. PPP (or SLIP) will do that for you.

Text-based apps will run fine over telnet, at the very least.
OS/2's telnet vt220 is usable, albiet with a few quirks that
can be worked around.

With X apps, you may be in luck. There is shortly to be released a
port of XFree 3.1.2 to OS/2. Here's a http reference you might find
interesting:

   http://borneo.gmd.de/~veit/os2/xf86os2.html

There is another implementation of X for OS/2 which sits on top of
PM (the abovementioned one does not - it runs in its own fullscreen
session independantly of Presentation Manager) available from IBM,
but that costs $I$B$M$s.

You'll need to do it the other way. OS/2 does not have a slip/ppp
server. Fortunately, it is easy enough to do with a script, or
you can use something like Os2You to call in from remote and have
the os2 initiate the ppp connection.

You'll need OS/2 tcpip, a usable subset of which comes with the Warp
Bonus Pack.
