Make an entry in /etc/fstab for the DOS drives.  The existing entries
should give you a clue as to how to do this.

If there's no support, even after re-compiling your kernal, you may need
to start Linux under DOS and use the MSCDEX driver (there is a way to do
this).

You can use whatever you like AFAIK. :-)
