Hey there,

I am having problems to find a good .VOC player for LINUX that
supports the new VOC 1.2 standard (that supports 16-bit audio).
Also, does anyone know of any binary-to-VOC (or binary-to-WAV)
file converter for LINUX?

Also, does anyone know of any WAV file player that supports
different sampling rates?

Thank you for any help.
