Not quite true.. msoffice for win95 documents are openable on win311.  
This means that yes, there are some features you don't get in 3.11 but 
you should be able to use that office with this one perfectly.
MS-Office 95 does not run under Windows 3.1x; it only runs under
Windows 95.

If you read the label on the box, you can see that this is documented.

You can read the label all you want! and if you believe what MS has to tell you
I have swamp land for sale. If you have WIN32apps install properly in WFW 3.11
it will run Office 95, and yes some features won't work. If you are the kinda 
of geek that still only has 8meg on your system and you try to run Orafice-95 
then your in for a big disappointment! remember kiddies the journey is it's 
own reward! :^)
