Hi - I am wondering what is available as a text mode word processor
for use on a laptop running Linux. I've got a copy of MS-Word for
Unix (SCO) - I could install IBCS and try that....but it's on a
5.25 Inch disk - and I dont know how to transfer it off. (Besides -
it's from microsoft). I like TeX with VI, but I am not the only user
of the Laptop - it needs to be fairly simple with reasonable
functionality, at least as good as the later versions of wordstar
(Blugh). Besides TeX takes up to much space. (on a laptop).
Has anyone got any good suggestions.
BTW..I dont have time to learn Nroff/Groff/Troff.
Thanks in advance.
