If you look in the source file lyx_cb.C, and search for the string
"dvips" you'll (eventually) see that this is hard-coded in to the
printing commands. This makes sense when saving to a *.ps file;
however, when writing to your printer, you'd like to use the
\print_command you specified in your lyxrc file. I changed these two
instances of "dvips" to "lyxrc.print_command" and that fixed it. Note
that the print options for orientation, etc. will need to be
specifiable, perhaps in lyxrc, to make this really work right.
