Hello all,

I am currently running the InfoMagic Linux August 95 Version.
After some trouble I finally got XFree86 to run in 1280 * 1024 @ 74Hz
on a 21" monitor, however I am stuck in 8 bit mode.

How do I set XFree86 to 16/24/32 bits per pixel?

I am using XF86_Mach64 Server for an ATI GUP Turbo with 4 Meg on a Pentium 90.

The more I use Linux the more I like it, I have Win95 WinNT sure they
are ok will lots of bells an whistles but they cannot run BMRT.

Thanks for any help
Gary
