Indeed, that seems to be a jumper setting problem. It is not enough to
configure drives in CMOS-SETUP, you have set the jumpers that drive C: is
master and drive D: is slave. If you don't do that the drives are set for
only 1 drive running. Remember the first drive must set to master (where the
cable is turned around a few cm before plug), and the second drive must set to
slave.
