Hi Craig How is tricks ? Me, still plugging along on a very steep learning curve. Running the Ultra 2 alongside an X86 both with Solaris 9. They follow each other to a tee when it comes to mishaps. Thanks for info in your post. Now got both on web surfing okay. Both can get emails, but cannot send. Bigpond technical just told me to get lost, in a nice way. After I get over printing problems, email sending is next, then Solaris patches, shudder ! Ended up in a hopeless morass with Samba on AIX 4.3 and 5.2. Hope Samba on Solaris 9 is easier. Must be able to talk to XP. Still a Win junkie I suppose. Take care Basil
