It depends on what you want, you can look at the TeX source files with
any text editor, which is presumably what you have done. To display
the formatted document from TeX there are a number of possibilities.
I list below those that I can think of. I have also cross-posted this
reply to comp.text.tex.

1. Install a version of TeX on a computer you have access to, if
it is not available already. There are a number of public domain
or shareware versions of TeX for unix, windows, mac, ms-dos and
most other operating systems. Since you don't describe what
computers you have access to I can't give moreinformation. Try
http://www.tug.org/ for an overview. These systems can be
obtained by anonymous ftp from any CTAN server or mirror, try
`finger ctan@ftp.tex.ac.uk' for a full list of CTAN servers and
mirrors. CTAN mirrors in France are listed below.

  ftp.jussieu.fr (France) /pub4/TeX/CTAN
  ftp.loria.fr (France) /pub/ctan
  ftp.oleane.net (France) /pub/mirrors/CTAN/

2. Convert the TeX document to something you can deal with. This
loses the quality of the document, but may be acceptable,
depending on your needs. There are a number of converters
available, if I have copied it correctly the following site
     should give you some pointers.
