Call Back Services in Australia

I'm interested in finding the best (cheapest, reliable, etc.) Call Back
service from Australia to the United States.  I have been recommended to use
KallBack, but they seem kind of expensive (relatively speaking).

The cheapest I have found thus far is offered by Justice Technology Corp. at
$.20 per minute.  Does anyone have any better suggestions or advice?
