Telecom have informed us that they will be swapping some bearers in the 
Woolloongabba exchange that will effect the 2Mb line from Brisbane to 
Rockhampton. As such a 10 minute outage is expected for the University of 
Central Queensland and James Cook University sometime between 12.00am and
12.30am on 27th February.
