The legislation that made child porn a complete no no managed to include
that erotic fiction. Clearly if its just erotic fiction about adults its fine.

Wowsers have massive hangups. Think its supposed
to be due to poor toilet training or something |-)

Not censored if it falls foul of the Crimes Act, much more
dramatic stuff like search and seizure and prosecution.

Nope, not as far as the Crimes Act is concerned.

That's distinctly arguable with passing around images that you've come across.

Both, due to the way that legislation was written.
Its distinctly arguable how much sense that makes.

Corse being fiction was never a valid protection against
the previous much more draconian law on pornography etc.

> I write a story exploring teenage sexuality is that 'child porn' ?

Well, teenage gets complicated bt certainly fiction covering child
molesting by an adult certainly is. Specially if its salivating over that.

Gets surprisingly complicated.

As it did with that Lolita film for example. Some claimed that it was endorsing
child molesting and a 'sympathic' look at what was after all a child molester.

Sure and the whole thing has always suffered from the very
fundamental lunacy that its fine to have people killing each
other depicted, but not to depict them rooting. Barking mad.
