               ESPRIT High-Performance Computing & Networking Event

                                      BACKGROUND

The High-Performance Computing & Networking Division of ESPRIT wishes to
exploit the opportunity offered by the participation of the HPCN community
in PARLE�93 to hold a forum. The objectives are to:

     � disseminate the results of ESPRIT HPCN projects;
     � stimulate interaction between/with projects;
     � look to the future.

To this end, an ESPRIT HPCN Event has been organized for Friday 18 June at
the PARLE�93 site, the Marriott Hotel, Munich, Germany.


                                      REGISTRATION

Attendance is open to all members of the HPCN community and is free of
charge, subject to pre-registration by sending the attached Registration
Form to PARLE�93.

Accommodation can be reserved at the Marriott Hotel at the PARLE�93 reduced
rate by completing the attached Registration Form as appropriate and
returning to PARLE�93 before 11 June 1993.

We advise that registration forms be returned to PARLE�93 by fax (+49
