convert TeX into 2000DPI PostScritp file

I have just finished typesetting a book with TeX and everything goes OK 
except that the printer will not print it! The proof of the book is printed
in a 300DPI laser writer but the printer of the publisher is a 2000DPI one.
I checked our machine and it looks we only have 300DPI fonts.

Thanks in advance for any comments and suggestions.
