I have two LaTeX style files (csiromemo and csiroletter) which create
memos and letters with the csiro letterhead included.  They are based
on the utcheletter.sty and utchememo.sty files I got from John Eaton at
the University of Texas.  The csiro letterhead is incorporated through
the use of the psfig utilities which are distributed as part of the
TeXPS package (which includes, among other things, dvitps).  The
letterhead itself is kept in a postscript file and incorporated into
the final document when the dvi is converted to postscript.  It doesn't
use TeX commands to draw the logo so this may not be what you are
looking for.

Note that dvitps is NOT the same as dvips, so if you use dvips I doubt
that these style files would actually work for you.  The style files
modify the LaTeX page header and don't actually put the letterhead as
close to the top left corner as it really ought to be.  Some clever
person could probably correct this.

If there is interest I can put the files somewhere accessible by anonymous
ftp.

Anyone care to clarify the legality of using a letterhead that departs
from the official corporate line?  The log won't be in blue of course!
