Andrew Trevorrow again...

I'm sorry to say that the release of OzTeX 1.4 has been
postponed indefinitely. Events have conspired against me and
I just can't afford to spend time working on OzTeX at the moment.
If there are any organisations out there willing to sponsor further
development of OzTeX then please get in touch.

I feel bad about promising much and delivering nothing.
My apologies to OzTeX users.

Andrew
